Damages and Issues

Prior to shipping our products, we carefully inspect them to ensure that they are not damaged. However, we understand that damages may occur during shipment. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, take photos and email: hello@lovedorothylee.com within 7 days of receipt of your package and we will replace the damaged item.

If you receive the wrong item, please email: hello@lovedorothylee.com so that we can exchange your item.

If items are sent back to us without first requesting a return and submitting photos, an exchange, return or refund will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds, accept returns or exchanges on used items. 

Exchanges

To request an exchange of your unused item within 14 days of purchase, you may email: hello@lovedororthylee.com. Once we receive your request, we will notify you within 72 hours and let you know if the exchange has been approved.

If approved, you may exchange your item for an item of equal value. We will provide you shipping instructions and you will be responsible for any/all shipping costs associated with your return.
